Impact Dance Center is thrilled to present this holiday extravaganza starring our talented dancers! Each Winter Fantasy show includes class performances, a featured winter production, and special guests. Below, you’ll find every detail for your performance. Performance is an important part of dance education where dancers are able to show their achievements and instructors are able to gauge student development and skills on stage. This is a highly encouraged opportunity for students to share their hard work with their families.

Admission

CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE ADMISSION WRISTBANDS ➡️ AVAILABLE 10/13 9AM

General Seating Wristbands are available for $22 each (Ages 2 and under free). The Saturday Wristband will admit you to all performances on Saturday and the Sunday wristband will admit you to all performances on Sunday. A limited amount of wristbands will be available at the door for $25.

Daily VIP Seating Wristbands are available for $40 each and provides reserved seating within the first 5 rows (center) of the auditorium. The VIP wristbands have a separate pre-show access line. The Saturday VIP Wristband will admit you to all performances on Saturday and the Sunday VIP wristband will admit you to all performances on Sunday. Any unsold VIP wristbands will be available at the door for $45.

• Wristband sales begin Friday 10/13/23. Detailed information will be sent to your email address on file. All wristband sales will take place on the studio website.

• Dancers do not need to purchase a wristband, as they will remain backstage with their class for the entirety of the show. If a dancer wishes to attend a show they are not performing in, they will need to purchase a wristband.

• As a courtesy to our dancers and those around you, we ask that audience members remain seated for the entire performance unless there is an emergency. Each performance will run an estimated 1 hour, 15 minutes in length.

• Seating is first-come, first-served. There is no seat-saving in the theatre. Any seat-saving items will be removed during and in-between performances

PERFORMANCE PACKAGE & ATTIRE INFO

PURCHASE NEW RED PERFORMANCE TEE (IF APPLICABLE)

Performance Package payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. By purchasing a Performance Package(s), you are securing your spot and commitment to the show. Costumes and other included items are not able to be returned and fees are non-refundable.

1. Winter Show Performance Package (Winter Fantasy): $75 total due November 15th (includes Winter Fantasy Performance, Show Video digital download, Winter Fantasy performance tee, Photo Experience at Performance).

   1. This $75 Performance Package is split into TWO charges: $40 via studio account auto-pay on 11/15 and $35 performance tee purchase. Price is different after 11/15 deadline.

   2. Dancers that already have their Winter Fantasy performance tee will only be charged $40 via studio account auto-pay on 11/15.

2. All performers will need to wear an Impact Dance Center Winter Fantasy shirt to participate in the performance (except Clara’s Dream & Club Sweets productions). We cannot guarantee shirt orders after 11/30.

• If you already own a previous year’s shirt that you’ll be wearing, you do not need a new shirt.

• Dancers arrive ready to perform with hair and makeup completed, dressed in costume. Click here to view stage hair & makeup best practices.

• In addition to the red studio shirt, performers will wear their choice of solid black bottoms.

  • Impact Petites (Baby Stars, Tiny Stars, Academy): Girls: Black tights, black leotard, Black tutu skirt, applicable dance shoes, hair half-up curly. Boys: Black pants, applicable dance shoes.

  • Tap, Jazz, Lyrical classes (Essentials and higher): Girls: Black leggings, applicable dance shoes, high ponytail. Boys: Black pants (style at instructor’s discretion, applicable dance shoes.

  • Ballet classes (Essentials and higher): Girls: Pink dance tights, black leotard, black ballet skirt, pink ballet shoes with elastic, high bun. Boys: Black jazz pants, black ballet shoes or black jazz shoes.

  • Hip-Hop classes (Level 1 and higher): Black leggings or Black joggers/sweatpants, clean sneakers of choice, high ponytail

  • Club Sweets & Clara’s Dream productions have different hair/makeup/tights, please review your production information

AUDIENCE Photography & Video

For the safety of our dancers and for the courtesy of other audience members, photography and videography are strictly prohibited during our performances. A professionally recorded video is included in your Performance Package.

Performer Check In

If you are only performing in ONE dance (i.e. no shoe changes), please arrive ready to dance with nothing in your hands. If you are performing in more than one dance, please bring a dance bag with your name clearly labeled in your shoes/belongings.

• Connection Company, Club Sweets, and Clara’s Dream performers check-in at the Band Room 45 minutes prior to their show time. All other dancers check in at the Band Room 30 minutes prior to their show time.

• Performers will remain with the class for the entirety of the performance. Depending on the performance order, most classes will be able to observe the show.

Performer Check OUT

• All performers Age 11 & under will be dismissed through the backstage garage at the end of the show. Please send ONE person from your family to collect your performer.

• All dancers Age 12+ are dismissed through the Stage Door at the end of the show. Please communicate with your dancer where you will meet them prior to check-in.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PERFORMANCE YOU AGREE THAT PERFORMER PICK-UP AND DISMISSAL IS AT THE END OF THE PERFORMANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS. THANK YOU FOR FOLLOWING OUR POLICIES AND ALLOWING EVERY CHILD TO BE DISMISSED SAFELY.
