With a roster exceeding 700 enthusiastic participants, orchestrating this endeavor is nothing short of intricate and your cooperation and understanding have been instrumental to us.

For performers, the souvenir shirt is already included in the performance package fees for all youth weekly group classes. Simply log in to your family account on Studio Director to specify your dancer's shirt size.

PERFORMANCE PACKAGE FEES: $135 for the 1st routine + $85 for each additional routine
PAYMENTS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM YOUR STUDIO ACCOUNT ON FEBRUARY 15, 2024. COMPLETE THIS FORM ON OR BEFORE FEBRUARY 10TH IF YOU WISH TO OPT-OUT OF THE RECITAL PERFORMANCE.
The performance package fees for all youth weekly group classes include June recital Performance participation, a high-quality costume, a pair of tights (if required), a digital recording of the performance, and a souvenir t-shirt. It does not include dance shoes and/or any necessary undergarments.
Our instructors spend many hours determining just the right costume for each class. Impact Dance Center makes a great effort to ensure that costumes are delivered for an organized distribution to our students.
Rest assured, our costumes are always age-appropriate and of the highest quality.
Recital costume payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other studio charges.
Costume measurements will take place after February 2024 during regular class time. In case of a student absence, we will promptly contact you to reschedule.
Please be informed that no refunds will be issued if a student withdraws from a class before the recital. Costume manufacturers do not accept cancellations or offer exchanges/refunds, making recital costume fee payments non-refundable.
It is the responsibility of each participant to collect their costumes and/or accessories by the recital date. Any uncollected costumes by July 1st will be donated.
While we make every effort to accommodate, we cannot guarantee costume orders placed after March 2024. If late processing is possible, additional shipping costs should be expected.
If a dancer is enrolled in a Youth Weekly recital class with no costume, then a smaller Performance Package fee of $50 will be due.

All Seating is reserved and all orders have an additional $2.30 Service Charge.
Following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email.
There is a maximum purchase limit of 5 tickets per student per performance for the first 2 days of Ticket Sales (Thursday, May 9th and Friday, May th).
➡️ If your name is not on a studio account, you cannot purchase tickets until General Sales begin on Saturday, May 11th. Purchases made from names other than studio accounts will be voided.
The 5-ticket maximum is per student, per show (not each pareet). Additional tickets may be purchased during the General Sales starting Saturday, May 11th at 7:00 AM.

As the recital draws near, students eagerly anticipate Red Carpet Week. This special week provides them with the invaluable opportunity to rehearse in costume, surrounded by their peers. It's a chance to conquer stage jitters and boost their confidence before the big performance. During this week, they also get to showcase their best moves in front of our professional photographer, all in preparation for their live stage debut.
Non-performing class schedules may be adjusted.

What is this?
Lighting, music cues, set changes, and all other logistics for an organized and professional performance are rehearsed so that the students make the best impression possible. We run a structured and well-timed rehearsal and your help with the process will guarantee a successful production.
This rehearsal is in costume!

Each show is unique with a different lineup and cast. Generally, classes will perform only once. In some cases, classes will be invited to perform in more than one show.
Please note that we take great time and effort to cast your family in as a condensed schedule as possible.
Important dates
Please review the important dates listed below. Should your family foresee any scheduling conflicts, please utilize the form linked here to submit your scheduling requests.
Please understand that organizing schedules for over 700 students across 7 distinct shows is a complex undertaking, and while we will do our best, requests cannot be guaranteed. If your student is unable to perform because we are unable to accommodate your request, we will credit back the performance package charges. The deadline for submitting scheduling requests is March 1.
