Impact Dance Company is an intensive program for students who have the desire and passion to make dance training a priority.

Auditions for the Company take place annually. Company classes/rehearsals are in addition to your weekly schedule and do not take the place of any technique classes. Company dancers are representatives of Impact Dance Center throughout the year through competitive and community venues. We're looking for dedicated dancers (and parents!) to be apart of this award winning team! Company dancers not only grow as artists, but also learn vital life-skills such as time-management, teamwork, and discipline. Company dancers work closely with our full-time faculty and are also able to be a part of special workshops with guest choreographers and master teachers.

The following criteria are used to determine when a child is ready for one of our performing groups:
Maturity level, Positive attitude, Age, Stage presence and personality, Technical ability, Supportive and cooperative parents.
