2011 marks the introductory year for the Impact Dance Center Ballet Conservatory, a pre-professional level program for students who show exceptional drive, work ethic, talent, and love for ballet.
Our Conservatory dancers receive:
- Focused, elite training in a company-like atmosphere
- Consideration for featured roles in ballet productions
- Strong emphasis in artistry as well as technique
- More performance opportunities
- Increased hours for training
- Master classes
- Participation in a full-length Spring Concert (separate from recital)
In addition, conservatory dancers are encouraged to audition locally for summer programs around the country where they receive exceptional training with students their age, and have performance opportunities, depending on length of stay. This is part of the growing process, and even just attending the auditions is an important part of being a young pre- professional dancer.
